IK Partners enters cleaning company BOMA Group

IK Partners has taken an interest in the cleaning company De BOMA Group. This via the IK X Fund of IK Partners. BOMA and is active in the Benelux and France. BOMA is owned by the PSF Group in Belgium. At the beginning of this year, the company acquired Metech Sweepers & Scrubbers, a Dutch rental company of cleaning machines.

The extent of the participation remains confidential, according to BOMA. However, the company reports that approval is required from the relevant authorities, which suggests that this is a takeover.

BOMA is active in holiday parks, government institutions, schools, hospitals and residential care centers. Since its founding in 1974, the company has grown continuously, the company claims.
