Glowi group strengthens position in HR sector through collaboration with Motmans and Partners.

Glowi, the largest private employer in Flanders, continues its growth strategy through the acquisition of Motmans & Partners, a leading player in the field of recruitment and selection, executive search and talent development in Limburg, Antwerp and the Kempen.

In the second half of 2023, Glowi already acquired Captain Work, specialized in employer branding and recruitment and selection. Not long afterwards, Glowi became the largest private employer in Flanders thanks to the takeover of Easy Life (subject to the approval of the Belgian competition authority), which offers domestic helpers via service vouchers. And as a final step in 2023, Glowi crossed the border to the Netherlands where they took over BlueGroep, a specialist in offering professional services.

Motmans & Partners, with 6 offices spread across Flanders and the Netherlands, has an important presence in the market and enjoys an excellent reputation. With more than 35 dedicated employees, the company has successfully helped more than 1,000 professionals find new jobs every year, mainly at senior management level, such as directors and top managers.

The full service HR partner for family businesses, SMEs, locally based multinationals and public sector companies continues to grow year after year, with a turnover forecast of 7.6 million euros in 2023 and a compound annual growth rate of 15% over the past 5 years .
