CVWarehouse acquired by BCS HR Software
BCS HR Software from Den Bosch takes over the Belgian software company CVWarehouse.
This is the second acquisition in Belgium by BCS, after Epowerhr was acquired at the end of last year.
The deal with CVWarehouse is the seventh since BCS became owned by Dutch software investor Main Capital Partners in 2022.
The Belgian CVWarehouse was founded in 2006. Financial details about the deal have not been disclosed.
