Another add-on for daughter of House of HR

Cohedron from Utrecht has taken over the secondment activities of IT company Xxllnc. Cohedron specializes in consultancy, outsourcing and secondment for governments, operating under a variety of brands. As an IT company, Xxllnc is also active for governments.

With the deal, Cohedron adds people and specialist knowledge from BAG and WOZ to the services of Wyzer, which is active in HR services in the municipal domain.

Since 2021, Cohedron has been part of the Belgian House of HR group, which in turn was acquired by Bain Capital in 2022. After that deal, Cohedron acquired the Dutch secondment company Sira Consulting in 2022.

Xxllnc is very active as a selling party in the M&A market. On average, the company acquires a different party every year. The company comes from the stable of Dutch investor Main Capital Partners.
